Access: Hwy 78 to Ocotillo Wells, south on Split Mountain Road. Enter and climb wash on right.
Facilities: No facilities, no water. No ground fires allowed.
  Season: Open year round.
  Fees: No campground fee.
Nearby Hiking Trails: Many open areas to explore. The short but steep Wind Caves trail, just up the wash from the campground, is well worth the climb.
Nearby 4x4 Trails: Fish Creek itself is a great 4x4 trail, with several slot canyons branching off. You can also travel 12 miles north of the campground to Ocotillo Wells OHV area.
Comments: One of my personal favorite campgrounds, this is small and semi-remote. Fish Creek canyon has some of the most amazing geology in southern California. If you are camping here for the first time, you're in for a treat!
