| Access: | Take I-15 to Baker. Exit east on Kelbaker Road. You can see the 'point' on the right side of the road. This is a fairly easy dirt road, partially paved in some places. At night, the lights of Baker twinkle in the distance. | |||||
| Facilities: | No water, no facilities. Room for 3-6 tents and vehicles. | |||||
| Season: | Open year round. Unpleasent in the summer. | |||||

| Nearby Hiking Trails: | Numerous unnamed trails. Hiking southwest leads to the old corral and water tank. Many mines, shafts and adits to explore. | |||||
| Nearby 4x4 Trails: | Numerous unnamed dirt and sand 4x4 trails. | |||||
| Comments: | This is another stop along the old 'Mojave Road'. Don't camp here if rain is forecast… a wash runs right through the flat camping area. | |||||
