Location:
Angeles National Forest
Access:
Take Hwy 2 about 5 miles west of Wrightwood. Turn west on Big Pines Hwy. Go 2 miles, campground is on south side of the road.
Facilities:
8 sites, Drinking water, restrooms, picnic table and fire rings.
Season:
Open all year, but access may be restricted due to winter snow.
Fees:
$8, plus Adventure Pass required.
Nearby Hiking Trails:
To the south is a trail to Grassy Hollow, and intersects the Pacific Crest Trail.
Nearby 4X4 Trails:
4N06, a bit northwest of the campground, runs north down mescal creek.
