  Access: From Castaic, take Lake Hughes Rd. northeast 27 miles to the town of Lake Hughes. Turn Left (northwest) on Pine Canyon Rd. (County Rd. N2) and drive about 5.5 miles to the entrance road on the left.  
  Facilities: 17 sites, RVs up to 22 feet. Restrooms, picnic tables, fire pits, no water.  
  Season: May through December.  
  Fees: Adventure Pass required.  
  Nearby Hiking Trails: 18W01 leads north into the San Andreas Fault rift zone. Easy access to the PCT to the south.  
  Nearby 4x4 Trails: Maxwell Road (7N08) is accessed to the west of the campground.  
  Comments: A fairly good size developed campground for tents and RVs. Access road is unpaved, but easily 2-wheel drivable when the conditions are dry.
