Name: Ivanpah

Location: I-15 north past Baker. Exit I-15 at Yates Wells Road, west about 7 miles.

Access: Dirt roads, 2wd vehicles OK.

Comments: Dating back to the 1870s, town grew to over 500 people and 15 buildings. This was Silver Mining country, and the town completely depopulated by 1900. Walls, foundations, mines and stamp mills are still standing.
