Valjean

Name: Valjean (also called Silver Lake)

Location: I-15 north to Baker, north on 127 to Silver Lake.

Access: Paved roads, 2wd vehicles OK.

Comments: Built in 1906 as a stop on the Tonapah & Tidewater Railroad, the town supplied water to the town of Baker, and serviced many of the regional mines. Several buildings still here, though most have fallen down.
