Otay Mountain Trail Name: Otay Mountain Trail General Location: Cleveland National Forest Starts at: 32°34'54"N, 116°54'53"W Ends at: 32°36'03"N, 116°46'12"W Elevation Gain: 3482 ft Comments: Starts at Kuebler Ranch, just north of the Mexican Border. Trail runs east and north 14.3 miles through the San Ysidro Mountains, including Otay Peak, ending at Marron Valley Road just south of Dulzura.
