RECIPE NAME: Chili Cheese Corn on the Cob
INGREDIENTS:
* 5 ears of corn
* 1/2 cup butter
* 1/2 - 1 t. chili powder
* 1 T. fresh basil finely minced
* dash of red pepper or black pepper
* 2 T. grated parmesan cheese
PREPARATION: Mix all ingredients until well blended. Chill overnight. Brush on hot cooked corn on the cob.
