RECIPE NAME: Mexicali Beef, beans and Rice
INGREDIENTS:
* 1/2lb ground beef
* 1 small onion, chopped
* 1 8oz can chili beans
* 1 8 oz. can Mexican seasoned stewed tomatoes
* 3/4 C. Minute Rice
* 1/2 C. water
PREPARATION: Brown beef with onions. Drain grease. Add tomatoes, rice and water. Bring to a boil. Cover. Let stand for 5 minutes. Serve with tortillas or tortilla chips.
