RECIPE NAME: Salad Roll-up
INGREDIENTS:
* 1 head of lettuce
* Grilled chicken chunks
* Pepper
* Grated parmesian or romano cheese
* Ceasar dressing
* Flour tortillas
PREPARATION: Think of it as a ceasar salad burrito. Slice the lettuce into thin strips, lay in center of tortilla. Add a few chicken chunks, pinch of pepper, pinch of grated cheese, and slather with ceasar dressing. Roll the tortilla into a tight burrito. Even my children will eat salad if it is packaged this way.
