Name: Rim Nordic cross-country and snow shoe area.
Directions: Rim Nordic Ski Area is located in the beautiful San Bernardino Mountains in Southern California, U.S.A., on Highway 18 - 5 miles east of Running Springs, across from Snow Valley Mountain Sports Park on the way to Big Bear Lake.
Elevation: 6775 feet at base.
Cost: Adult (full day $15, half day $10), Youth (full day $10, half day $8), child (under 10) FREE.
Hours: Half day passes start at 12:30pm. Lessons available at 10:30am.
Comments: 12 miles of well groomed trails ranging from beginner to advanced.
Current Conditions: (Updated 12/15/08) As of 12-17 pm, we have rec'd at least 3 feet of snow and are digging out. Oh, we are so looking forward to opening for the holidays. We plan to be open on Sat. Dec 20th , 9am - 4pm. Don't forget to check road conditions before you come, but looks like weather will be on our side.
